The products are delivered as fast as possible. If an article with Treasurebox.ch is temporarily not available, you will be informed by us about the expected delivery date.

Delivery costs
There is no dispatch and packing costs for baby shoes (except Preschoolians). 

Return
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 working days and to return the products provided the products are unused and intact in the original packaging. The return right begins once the products have arrived with the customer. He bears the cost of the return postage.
